NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001103WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC. is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY G. BUONANNO, JR.; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT SUNCOAST LAKES, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; TARA L. BUONANNO; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A TRACY CAYER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of May, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 12, SUNCOAST LAKES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 1 THROUGH 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
