NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-011178WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and JANET L. ROBSON A/K/A JANET L. LONG; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; WOODRIDGE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of May, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59 OF WOODRIDGE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE(S) 91-93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
