NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and MELINDA I. JOHNSON; RICHARD D. JOHNSON A/K/A RICHARD D. JOHNSON, JR.; PASCO'S PALM TERRACE HOMEOWNERS, INC, are defendants.
