NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51 2012 CA 0664 ES J4 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com the Clerk's Website for online auctions at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:

Lots 1, 2, 3, and the following described portion of Lot 4, Block 3, C. E. Crafts Subdivision No. 3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 41, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; Commence at the Northwest corner of said Lot 4 for a Point of Beginning; thence run along the boundary line between Lots 3 and 4 on an assumed bearing of due East, a distance of 157.70 feet to the Westerly right of way line of George Street, thence along the Westerly right of way line of George Street; run South 00 degrees 13' 48” East, a distance of 26.00 feet; thence run North 89 degrees 52' 48” West a distance of 104.00 feet; thence North 64 degrees 23' 48” West, a distance of 59.66 feet to the Point of Beginning.
And
Lots 8 and 9, Block 4, C. E. Crafts Subdivision No. 4, (Tract 35) - Section 8, Township 26 South, Range 16 East, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 44, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
