NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 07, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-000377 (WS/J3) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS,INC.,ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-7, Plaintiff, and HARVEY G. STARLING, PRISCILLA M. STARLING, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., BRIAR PATCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of May, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 58, BRIAR PATCH UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 79, 80 AND 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
