NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 9, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-006793-ES in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS, TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2005QS12 was the Plaintiff and MARTHA A. ARBOLEDA; ET AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 8th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 26, BLOCK M, CHAPEL PINES PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 85 THROUGH 88, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
