Notice is hereby give, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff entered in this cause on the 12th day of April, 2012 in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell the properties situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 59, LESS THE SOUTH 30 FEE THEREOF, AND THE WEST 12 FEET OF LOT 60, LESS THE SOUTH 30 FEET THEREOF, COVENTRY UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; and commonly known as 7112 COVENTRY DRIVE, PORT RICHEY, FL 34668;
including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclosure.com, on the 29th day of May, 2012 at 11:00 AM. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
