DOWNIE; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; CEDAR CREEK UNIT III HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CEDAR CREEK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 14th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
