Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 013632 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2006-FA1, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS GENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is the Plaintiff and . DANIELLE AWALTand JOHN DOE N/K/A CODY WOOD are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 9:00 A.M. on the 14th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
