Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 1-CC-15449 of the County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Homes of Regency Cove, Inc. is Plaintiff, and MARCIA L. ZEBALLOS is Defendant , I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: in Room 201/202 of the Hillsborough County Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, George Edgecomb Courthouse, Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 pm, on the 18 day of May, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
As Assignment of Proprietary Lease to Blvd. 6, Lot 29, of Regency Cove, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit “C-2” (Plot Plan) of the Master Occupancy Agreement of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and the Memorandum of Proprietary Lease recorded in O.R. Book 6284, Page 1235, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; the street address of which is: 4851 W. Gandy Blvd #B6L29 Tampa, FL 33611.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
