Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Condominium Unit No. 8457, GRAND OAKS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 16899, Page 1649, and the map or plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 21, Page 287, all of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on 4/4/2012 3:00:00 PM in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
