AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LEHMAN MORTGAGE TRUST, SERIES 2007-5 is the Plaintiff, and LINDA RICH-CONSIGLIO, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Lot 5, BLOCK 20 OF OAKWOOD TERRACE TOWNHOMES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGE(S) 9 THROUGH 13, OF THE Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at George Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 201/202, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 10:00 am, on the 6th day of July, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
