Notice is given that, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment April 4, 2012 for Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs entered in Case No.: 10-CC-024782, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Plaintiff is KINGS LAKE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. and the Defendants is VICTOR CHADEE, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 P.M. on May 18, 2012 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 5, Block 3, KINGS LAKE PHASE 1A, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 88, Page 80-1 thru 80-10, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
More commonly known as; 12944 Lake Vista Drive, Gibsonton, Florida 33534.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
