Notice is given that pursuant to Final Judgment for Foreclosure entered April 4, 2012 in Case No.:11-CC-36377, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which WESTSHORE CLUB II, INC., is the Plaintiff and the Defendant is MARK P. REID; I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 2nd floor, Rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida, Florida, at 2:00 pm on May 18, 2012 the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment for Foreclosure:
Unit Number G-211, Westshore Club II, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4290, page 1898 and Amendment thereto in Official Record Book 4400, page 1386 (the “Declaration”), together with an undivided share in the limited and common elements appurtenant thereto as per Condominium Plat Book 6, page 57, all of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Also known as 4883 W. McElroy Ave, Unit G-211, Tampa, Florida 33611.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
