NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-015411 DIV. G of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Aurora Loan Services, Llc, is the Plaintiff, and William Rubio; Unknown Spouse of William Rubio N/K/A Yani Rubio; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; Village of Bloomingdale I Homeowners Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd Floor, Rooms 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, May 09, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 24, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGE 66 THROUGH 88, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
