YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that foreclosure actions have been filed against you by Plaintiff, 1ST UNITED BANK, as successor in interest to Old Harbor Bank by asset acquisition from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, seeking to foreclose mortgage-lien interests in the real and personal property more particularly described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

TOGETHER with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements, and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the foregoing real property, including, without limitation, all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal, and similar matters.

Accordingly, you are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to such action to Richmond C. Flowers, Esq., Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the date of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint. Respond Date to Attorney: May 21, 2012
