NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 29, 2010, and Order Directing Clerk of Court to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated April 2, 2012, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-27367 Div. D, in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LEHMAN BROTHERS SMALL BALANCE COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, 2007-1, is the Plaintiff, and DON'S SEPTIC SERVICE, INC., a Florida corporation; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA acting by and through the U.S. Small Business Administration; DONALD PRETTYMAN; and ANNE MARIE PRETTYMAN, are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash except as set forth hereinafter, May 8, 2012, at 2:00 P.M., at the Hillsborough County Courthouse, Room 201/202, 2nd floor, of the George E. Edgecomb Building, 800 Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3 and the North 1/2 of Lot 4, LAKE CHAPMAN SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 38, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, LESS that portion of Lot 1, of LAKE CHAPMAN SUBDIVISION, according to the map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 38, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Said parcel lying in Section 25, Township 27 South, Range 18 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, being described as follows:
Commence at 5/8” iron road marking the Northeast corner of aforesaid Lot 1; thence North 89° 05' 17” West, along the Northerly line of said Lot 1, a distance of 145.76 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 44° 44' 46” West, a distance of 26.34 feet to a Point on the Easterly right-of-way line of State Road 685 (Florida Avenue); thence North 01° 38' 16” East, along said Easterly right-of-way line, a distance of 19.00 feet to a point on the aforesaid Northerly line of Lot 1; thence South 89° 05' 17” East, along said Northerly line, a distance of 18.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
