Clark a/k/a Larry Clark and Karen D. Clark a/k/a Karen Clark, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on May 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN AT NORTHWEST CORNER OF SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 120 FEET TO NORTH BOUNDARY OF MYRTLE DRIVE, THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY OF MYRTLE DRIVE, 80 FEET EAST; THENCE NORTH 120 FEET; THENCE WEST 80 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL LYING AND BEING IN SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
