McNamara a/k/a Pamela McNamara and James C. McNamara a/k/a James McNamara are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on May 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 707-C, VENICE TOWN HOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 703, PAGES 512 THROUGH 543, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGES 25 THROUGH 25A, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
