Notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 014427 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which USAA Federal Savings Bank, is the Plaintiff and Raul D. Ares and Karen E. Ares are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida at 2:00 P.M. EST on the 9th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
