UNIT NO. 12-C OF BAYSHORE TOWERS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED JANUARY 22, 1980 AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3633, PAGE 1475, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGE 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL ITS APPURTENANCES ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION
and commonly known as: 4015 BAYSHORE BLVD, UNIT 12C, TAMPA, FL 33611; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on August 7, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
