NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 4, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-001110 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and KENSINGTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., et al are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 8th day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 37, KENSINGTON CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 50; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13460, PAGE 185; AND SUPPLEMENT THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15576, PAGE 0344, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 50, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
