NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2012, and entered in 08-CA-028672(D) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and JONATHAN STEFAN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; VENETIAN AT BAY PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, , at 2 PM on May 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, BLOCK 4, VENETIAN AT BAY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGES 260 THROUGH 269, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
