NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-019921-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association as successor by merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and Muriel L. Ghazal, an Unremarried Widow and Surviving Spouse of Donald G. Ghazal, Deceased and Michael Hooper are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on May 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 82-C, VILLAGE GARDENS, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1302, PAGE 1441 THROUGH 1496, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS PER AMENDED PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGES 39 THROUGH 39J, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
