NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-021612-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Sheri Lyn Duncan a/k/a Sheri L. Duncan are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on May 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. F-101, OF LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2004247846, AS AMENDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2004247847, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
