NOTICE is given pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on the 28th day of March, 2012 in Civil Action No. 2011-CA-000050 of the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Jerrywood, LLC, and Sherwood DeAmbrose, are the Defendants and SunTrust Bank is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, 2nd Floor, Room 202, Tampa, Florida, in accordance with §45.031, Florida Statutes, at 10:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of May, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 20, 21, 22, 23 AND 24, BLOCK 46, EAST TAMPA SUBDIVISION, PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 79, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and having the street address of 905 S. 22nd Street, Tampa, Florida 33605.
