NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 27 day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-27956, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and KEITH MAINES; SUNTRUST BANK; VERONICA MAINES; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15 day of May, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 63, ARBOR RIDGE WEST - UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
