Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 9, 2012 entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-004541-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and CARMEN GUTCHEWSKY, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Lot 54, of SUMMERSET UNIT 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 117 and 118, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 14th day of May, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
