NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem), entered on April 18, 2012, as to the Counts in the above-styled cause, in and for Orange County, Florida, the Office of LYDIA GARDNER, Orange County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Orange County Courthouse by Electronic Sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on May 9, 2012, the following described properties:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
