NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 10, 2012, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2008-CA-034596, the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on May 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said final judment, to-wit:
Lot 4, Block B, GURNEY'S ADDITION TO SPRING LAKE MANOR, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book T Page 34 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
