NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-052026 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-R2, is the Plaintiff and Albert Richard Pescitelli, Tenant #1 n/k/a Patricia Pescitelli, United States of America, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00am on the 16 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, VIZ:

A LOT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING IN GOVERNMENT LOT 1, OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, WHICH LOT OR PARCEL IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF BECKLER'S RIVERSIDE ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 140 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF MCGREGOR BOULEVARD AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAT FOR 170.19 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF BRAMAN AVENUE (60 FT. WIDE); THENCE RUN WEST ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE FOR 297.02 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE LAND HEREBY CONVEYED.
