Woods Trust, dated the 2nd day of June, 2009, GCM Contracting Solutions, Inc., The Unknown Beneficiaries of The Vivienne S. Woods Trust, dated the 2nd day of June, 2009, Wyldewood Lakes Condominium Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimant, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida, at 9:00am on the 14 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NUMBER 16-AR, WYLDEWOOD LAKES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1446, PAGE 2229, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED PERCENTAGE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO ACCORDING TO SAID DECLARATION.
