Unit 4303 Building 43, Phase 3, THE PRESERVE AT COLONIAL SECTION I, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium, and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in official Records Instrument 2005000112067, as amended by Amendment to Declaration recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2005000148326, as amended by Amendment to Declaration recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2005000148327 of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. Together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said Declaration of Condominium.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff's attorney, Brian O. Cross, Esq., Goede & Adamczyk, PLLC, 8950 Fontana del Sol Way, Naples, FL 34109, within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
