FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and CRAIG S. LEWANDOWSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CRAIG S. LEWANDOWSKI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT BELLA TERRA, INC.; BELLA TERRA OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 a.m., on the 16 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK C, BELLA TERRA UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT# 2006000315370, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
