H/6, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1411, PAGE 1262, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS THE SAME IS ESTABLISHED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND PLAT ON FILE IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2366 E MALL DR #408, FORT MYERS, FL 33901; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, on May 14, 2012 at 9:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
