NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-050497 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, US BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VERICREST OPPORTUNITY LOAN TRUST 2011-NPL2, Plaintiff, and, MONNIE BRAXTON, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Fort Myers, Florida, Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of May, 2012, the following described property:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK A, DUNBAR HEIGHTS EXTENSION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8 AT PAGE 66 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
