NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed April 13, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2011-CA-053344 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 13 day of August, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
tract 517, san carlos estates, in accordance with and subject to the plat recorded in official record book 557, pages 354 and 355, public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
