BEABER A/K/A DAVID A. BEABER SR; DEBRA A. BEABER; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A DUSTIE BEABER are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on May 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, 6 AND 7, BLOCK 38, FORT MYERS SHORES, UNIT 3, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 26, 27 AND 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
