NATION A/K/A SUZANNE NATION; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUZANNE C. NATION A/K/A SUZANNE NATION; LEE COUNTY; FLORIDA; are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on May 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 2, BLOCK 14, ALABAMA GROVE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 77A, 77B, 77C AND 77D, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
