BRUCE HERSCHEND, DIANNA HERSCHEND, and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, successors, assigns, and any other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above named Defendants,

Notice is given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 13, 2012, in case number 10-CA-055659 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which Bank of Naples is the Plaintiff, and William J. Hill, III, a natural person, Debra A. Hill, a natural person, Diane Jensen as Bankruptcy Trustee, a natural person, Bank of America, N.A., a Florida Corporation, R. Bruce Herschend, a natural person, and Dianna Herschend, a natural person, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on May 14, 2012 by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property set for in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 38, Captain's Cove, Unit One, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Plat Book 30, Page 61, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
