D'OTTONE, are Defendant(s), Civil Action No. 11-CA-051776, Charlie Green, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 11:00 A.M. on the 15 day of May, 2012, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash Lee County Justice Center Complex 2075 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Ft Myers, FL 2nd Floor Civil Office Lobby, the following described property, to-wit:

HANNA, are Defendant(s), Civil Action No. 11-CA-051776, Charlie Green, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 11:00 A.M. on the 15 day of May, 2012, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash Lee County Justice Center Complex 2075 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Ft Myers, FL 2nd Floor Civil Office Lobby, the following described property, to-wit:

JOHNSON & KELLAN MC RAE JOHNSON,
are Defendant(s), Civil Action No. 11-CA-051776 Charlie Green, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 11:00 A.M. on the 15 day of May, 2012, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash Lee County Justice Center Complex 2075 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Ft Myers, FL 2nd Floor Civil Office Lobby the following described property, to-wit:
Unit 5288L, Week 25, Odd Year Biennial of Coconut Plantation, a condominium, (the “Condominium”), according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 4033, Page 3816, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all exhibits attached thereto, and any amendments thereof (hereinafter the “Declaration”).
Said sale will be pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I (D'OTTONE), II (HANNA), III (JOHNSON).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
