NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated January 27, 2010, entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-024483, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and FERNANDO RUIZ, et al., are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 A.M., on May 18, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK 4732, UNIT 70, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 58 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
