NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 17, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-005656 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 17 day of May, 2012 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 203, Building 14, Phase 1 of The Lakeview at Summerwind, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2477, Page 407, and as subsequently amended, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
