ARCHER, WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., AND STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are the Defendants, I will sell at public sale on May 17, 2012, at 9:00 AM, to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property set forth in the Order of Final Judgment:
LOT 1, AND THE EAST HALF OF LOT 2, BLOCK 4, RIVERVUE PARK, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
