NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-051364 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA16, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA16, Plaintiff, and, MARIE M. TONDO PETIT JEUNE TONDO, et. al., are Defendants, The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on May 16, 2012 at 9:00 am. on the Real Foreclose website www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, for the following describe property:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 1522, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 17, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 23-28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
