NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling of Foreclosure Sale filed April 17, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-059379 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 4 day of June, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 23, SAN CARLOS PARK GOLD COURSE SOUTH ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, AT PAGES 7 AND 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
