Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 17 day of April, 2012, in Civil Action No. 12-CC-628 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which CASCADES AT ESTERO RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and EILEEN L. ROSKOS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE EILEEN L. ROSKOS REVOCABLE TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 26, 2007 is the Defendant, and I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on 17 day of May, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 496, of Parcel G of Cascades at Estero, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 80, Page 63 through 65, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
