Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment filed on the 16th day of December, 2008, in Civil Action No. 08-CA-2783 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and RON LEWIS, is a Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, on 18 day of June, 2012, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 8 Block B, COPPER OAKS, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 80, at Page 47, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
