NOTICE OF HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 10-CA-003714 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 AM Lee County Justice Center Complex 2075 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Ft Myers, FL 2nd Floor Civil Office Lobby, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on May 22, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 22, Block 5, of THE OLDE HICKORY GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 48, Pages 86 through 114, inclusive, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
