LOTS 27 AND 28, BLOCK 2455, UNIT 34, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 74 THROUGH 86, INCLUSIVE, IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
